Melbourne Weather

Hail stones the size of golf balls, rivers flowing through the city, roofs falling in. This is not an exaggeration the weather in Melbourne turned nasty. One minute it was a nice day then turning to rain the next I thought my widows were going to be smashed, although I was lucky the hailstones I was getting were only the size of marbles.

Fires Floods and Cyclones

It seems that since coming to Australia, just over two years ago, I have had the opportunity of experiencing the extremes of the Australian climate.  Not only have I had the pleasure of being on the edge of a cyclone, on the edge of the bushfires but now it seems that to top off my Australian experience I can add being on the edge of a flood also.
