Hail stones the size of golf balls, rivers flowing through the city, roofs falling in. This is not an exaggeration the weather in Melbourne turned nasty. One minute it was a nice day then turning to rain the next I thought my widows were going to be smashed, although I was lucky the hailstones I was getting were only the size of marbles.

This is Elizabeth street right in the CBD.

And my back yard, looks tame on the video but the hailstones were bouncing and a couple of minutes after this the garden was under about a foot of water.
