It’s taken a while but I should be back in the world of the internet pretty soon. Gone are the idealistic views of not needing the internet, its time to dust off the laptop and get back in the world.

When I moved into my new flat I thought, mmmm, I don’t think I’ll get a connection for a while, why would I need it, I have access to it at work.  Four months later and I’m counting the minutes until its connected.

Just a geek? or has it become a indispensable part of our lives?

Mostly it’s the little things that get to me, checking where things are, checking cinema listings etc. I basically have not touched my computer since I’ve moved house, its just lying there gathering dust.

Not for long though it will be good to feel connected to the world again.
