If you havent guessed my name is Aaron Witherow and I am a 28 year old web designer, currently living in Victoria, Australia but originally from Coleraine in Northern Ireland. I have been in Australia, just over two years.

This website is my toy/blog/portfolio or whatever I want it to be when the wind changes.

I first built aaronwitherow.co.uk as a project, a means to learn but it slowly turned from having little snippets of news about site updates, to a fully fledged blog. Not intended I assure you. Originally I didn't know what I wanted to use the site for so the rather boring and self explanatory aaronwitherow.co.uk was registered. There is always something to learn and I have always been interested in building websites, those first inquisitive days, working out how web pages worked, have stayed with me, leading to a passion for web design and development.

I love designing and building websites and I have a passion for usable, standards based web design. I want my work to be the best that I can do and this is what I strive for. If its not the best, well there is not much more I can do about that, but at least I will try and I will always be inspired to try.

Education

I have a degree in Beng Multimedia Systems that I studied at Napier University in Edinburgh from 2000 to 2004. Before that I attended Causeway Institute of Further and Higher Education at which, I studied a Btec National Diploma in I.T. and a GNVQ in Science.

Now we may be going a little too far back, but if you are interested I went to Dunluce Secondary School, in Bushmills, NI and I attended Millburn Primary in Coleraine. My PIN No. and Bank acoount details are.....

Interests

Apart from web design and all things technical, I have an interest in photography, and it could be said, I have one too many cameras to be comfortable with(What is it they say, a bad workman always blames his tools). I also like to make my guitar whine but as with the photography, practice makes perfect.
